Benoit Thimister Biography

Benoit Thimister, CEO and cofounder of RAG.lu and Agor-IA.com, is a multidisciplinary expert combining engineering, change management, project management and technological innovation. With a career as a serial entrepreneur, he has specialized in managing complex projects and driving organizational change while applying ethical approaches across diverse sectors such as green energy, business coaches training and finance.

A graduate in civil engineering and architecture from the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons in 1996, Benoit began his career designing and managing agro-industrial and pharmaceutical buildings before transitioning to consulting in industrial engineering. After a Master 2 in Project and Corporate Management, he led the implementation of open-source systems (ERP, CRM, LMS). He developed a software for managing giant screens in the events sector.

In 2005, he expanded his focus to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in finance, contributing to the creation of ethical investment funds. A visionary entrepreneur, he founded Kaliform in 2008, the first coaching center in northern Paris, which supported over 2,000 individuals in personal and organizational change processes.

His transition to finance led him to securitization and the management of investment funds in Luxembourg, where he introduced innovative solutions for regulatory compliance until 2019. More recently, one of its corporates Photovoltaique installed some of the main solar panels power plants in Luxembourg and Belgium.

In 2023, Benoit co-founded Agor-IA, an initiative aimed at leveraging artificial intelligence to foster personal and entrepreneurial development in Luxembourg. As a results-driven polytechnician, Benoit combines technical expertise, visionary leadership and ethical commitment to address the complex challenges of the modern era.
